I created Vital Health Aromatics to share my passion of nature and its gifts to heal ourselves, including essential oils of which I have worked with as an Aromatherapist for more than 20 years, with my aim to promote health and well-being, relieving stress and tension in the body.

I continue to update my skills with ongoing training in bodywork and gifts from nature to share with others. My latest training is in Warm bamboo massage, a wonderfully invigorating treatment enhanced by the heat which helps relax the muscles quickly.

Holistic Massage

Traditionally received clothed and seated the Indian Head Massage not only focuses on the head alone but includes your upper back, shoulders, arms, neck and face. Oils can be used to enhance the treatment but are not essential. This type of massage can help with headaches, stress and tension from overthinking and overwork, as well as high blood pressure and neck pain.

Indian Head Massage

Once you're 12 weeks into your pregnancy I'm happy to start with massage and it will be so beneficial to both your emotional and physical health and wellbeing. Once your baby has arrived treatments can recommence to head neck and shoulders, face, hands and feet and then full body treatments can be resumed after 6 weeks. Treatments are on a massage couch where you'll be in a comfortable sidelying position.

After consultation a personalised essential oil blend will be formulated and dispensed in a roller bottle for your self care external use.
If you'd like to order a bespoke blend for yourself without a massage treatment an additional charge  of £15 is applied to cover formulation and postage.  It's important that you complete the consultation form and outline your focus so this can be taken into account when creating your personal blend. I'll also give you a call to check in with you to ensure the blend is created with your needs in mind. 

Bespoke Aromatherapy Blend

After consultation, an individual blend of Essential Oils will be created for your massage. Essential oils have a very powerful therapeutic value and so to maximise on the benefits of your treatment, try and avoid bathing for 12 hours after. You will be given your bespoke massage blend of Essential Oils to take home to extend the benefit of your Aromatherapy treatment with continued self care at home.

50/50 Holistic Facial and Massage Therapy

Great if you fancy a facial but don't want to miss out on a body massage either. The first part of the massage will focus on key areas as to your needs and then the last 15 minutes of the hour will focus on your face with a cleanse, followed by massage then moisturize using products from the Organic Neal's Yard Range.

Holistic massage including a 15 minute Mini Facial

A unique and bespoke blend of essential oils will be formulated according to your needs of the day for your Aromatherapy massage, followed by a mini facial including a cleanse and facial massage followed by skin care treatments. 
You'll be given a roller blend bottle of the essential oil formulation to take home and continue your treatment.

Aromatherapy Including a 15 minute Mini Facial

Inspired by the Neal’s Yard Wild Rose Collection, this 60-minute massage treatment uses a beautiful pre-blended massage oil containing key essential oils – Geranium to restore balance to your skin, Rosemary to boost circulation and ease muscular aches, Frankincense to relax, Palmarosa with geraniol to balance the skin’s moisture levels and Patchouli to rejuvenate.

A longer 90 minute massage treatment is also available In addition to the above treatment it will also guide you through relaxation and grounding techniques and will include a luxurious face and scalp massage or a foot massage.

Wild Rose Natural Glow Massage

In a 30 minute treatment the feet are wiped clean before beginning the foot treatment. The 1 hour treatment Includes a herbal foot soak to relax yourself in preparation for the foot massage which includes using a specially designed wooden stick for deep work into the energy lines to help awaken and energise the body

Thai Foot Massage

Used in Traditional Thai Medicine, the hot herbal compresses contain numerous herbs tightly bound in fabric and are used after Massage to prevent bruising, reduce muscle stress and cure skin conditions.
The compress is steamed until piping hot and then firmly rolled, pressed and pounded over the body in order to soothe muscles and stimulate the vital organs and senses.

Herbal Compress Massage

Beautifully relaxing warmed Bamboo sticks of different sizes are used to apply a much deeper pressure during the massage and the heat enables the benefits of the massage to get into  deeper muscle layers more quickly, really tackling those knots of tension and helping to alleviate pain.  Extra oil is required for a bamboo massage to enable the sticks to glide over the body with ease. Aromatherapy oils blended according to your needs can also be used if if you wish.

A relaxing treatment that can help with different symptoms such as blocked ears, tinnitus, headaches, sinus issues, labyrinthitis. 
Not suitable if you have an ear infection, grommits in place or a known perforated ear drum.
*DO NOT put any oil in your ears within 24 hours of a booked treatment. Any residue of oil still in the ear would be heated by the nature of the treatment which could cause a burning sensation.

There will be tea and maybe even cake ..:)  After an Introduction to the world of Aromatherapy, there will be the opportunity to make your own blend to take home for yourself or a loved one Practical, informative and lots of fun! 
If you opt for the 2 hour workshop there will be a chance to learn and try some hand and arm massage to help you to relax and unwind even further.
