Hi, I’m Beth, and welcome to my home treatment space! (Women Only, men are very welcome to book at the Courtyard Centre in Biggleswade). I'm a local mum of twins with over 15 years of experience in all things wellbeing, inc extensive training & experience in Massage, Holistic Therapies, Herbal Medicine & Yoga. Plus a passion for creating Organic Herbal Skincare & Aromatherapy products. My main focus is to provide women - at all stages of life - a space of support, nourishment, and compassion through tailored holistic treatments, one-to-one & group yoga classes, workshops, and mini-retreats.

An amazing experience. Beth made sure everything was perfect for my massage, from the warmth of the room, to the scent of the oils she used. I can honestly say, it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. She also gave me some ideas of stretches I can do to relieve tension in problem areas. It was very dark when I left and Beth watched me get safely to my car, which was such a thoughtful thing to do. I came away feeling very cared for. Absolutely perfect.

I have visited Beth for massages many times over the years and her massages are second to none. I recently visited her for a massage to relieve menopausal joint related pain and her hands have worked magic. I would highly recommend.
