You can choose from a relaxing massage treatment or a remedial massage both utilising that fusion of techniques to give you the best results.

Relax - if you need some time out to chill and have your stresses eased away, then this is the one for you.

Remedy - for issues in the tissues and pain management. May also include a Range of Motion assessment and a home care plan.

Decide on a time slot to suit you, each treatment is designed to suit your body, but here are the most common combinations and a way to give you an idea on how much massage you get for your time –

The ultimate face & body experience. 
A 60Minute Massage & 60Minute Facial combination.

After a consultation, the treatment starts on a heated bed with a Thai foot cleanse using warm, lime- infused mitts to help you fully relax and unwind. This is followed by body brushing which helps exfoliation, circulation and detoxifying.  The full body massage starts with back, neck and shoulders, working down the legs, turning over for the feet then working back up the front of the legs. 
As you gently doze, your Therapeutic Facial will begin, tailored to your skin type and needs. After a deep cleanse and an exfoliating enzyme mask, you’ll relax with a face mask while the massage continues on your hands and arms. Once the facial and uplifting facial massage has finished, the pamper ends with a delightful neck and scalp massage. 
The whole treatment will leave your body relaxed, replenished and refreshed ready to get back to life.

90Minute Relax Massage

The 75 minute Massage starts with a Thai foot cleanse with warm lime infused mitts to help you fully relax and unwind. Followed by Body Brushing to help exfoliate, smooth the skin and aid circulation.
Then we move onto the Full Body Massage, starting with the back, neck and shoulders, working down the legs. Then turning over for the feet and the front of the legs, to the hands and arms. Moving on to the décolleté and easing away the tension in your neck and shoulders. Finishing with a delightfully relaxing head and scalp massage.

Skin Starter Package 

The ultimate treatment for refreshing the eye area. 
After removing make-up and cleansing, the wrinkle plumping collagen eye masks are applied. Your eye area will then receive an application of cooling alginate mask which will allow the serum to penetrate deeper into the epidermis for fast results.
