Absolutely no kids or extra guests. Your hair must be freshly washed prior to appointment (NO MORE THAN 2 DAYS BEFORE), if it's not washed, it will be washed in the salon which will incur a fee. There is NO late fee, and there is a 15mins grace period, however if you are more than 15mins late, your appointment will be cancelled or adjusted to fit the time left for your service. A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to confirm your appointment and must be paid no later than 3 days prior to appointment. Deposits can be paid in person OR CIBC First Pay to Kambon Aarons 246-241-7894 OR RBC transfer to Onecia Gray Savings 09435-7086382. After completing send a screenshot to 246-247-7069. If you'd like hair provided for your service kindly state in the notes when booking, including the color, a $50 deposit is required for hair inclusive services.
