Based on the North Cornish coast, where I live with my husband and three young children, nature's harmony has always resonated within me. As a child, I dreamt vibrant dreams of being a medicine woman, tending to the sick and injured with herbal remedies and ancient wisdom. These dreams I believe inspired me to be guided by the rhythms of nature.
