Tinting is the process of applying semi-permanent dye to your eyebrows. The purpose is to make them appear thicker, darker, and fuller. 

Tinting allows a therapist to manipulate the brow area by darkening the fine hairs that surround the perimeter of the brow to increase the width and to darken the fine hairs in the inner core of the brow that are in less dense areas. This creates a longer brow line/tail or fuller front and a more ideal shape.

The colour can last 3-6 weeks.

Eyebrow Shape & Tint

Brow Lamination is a perm for your brows. It gives them a uniform shape with the setting lotion helping the brow hair stay brushed up and lifted for approximately 6 weeks. Giving the desired full, more even look. (This treatment also includes a tint and shape)

How many times shall I have a Vitamin D Injection?
Intramuscular injection of 300,000 IU ampoule should be administered once every 6 months.

What doe Vitamin B12 do?
The main purpose of vitamin B12 in the body is to make red blood cells. B12 deficiency can lead to anaemia, which is a low red blood cell count 

Signs I need a Vitamin B12 Shot?
Patients with B12 deficiency can feel tired and weak, suffer with irritability, low mood and anxiety. Other symptoms include pale skin, breathlessness, heart palpitations, hair loss, weight issues & cognitive decline.

How often should you have a B12 injection?
Many people find vitamin B12 injections incredibly effective. We highly recommend that if you have a B12 deficiency, to have a injectable once every week for 3 weeks. Then every 2-3 months thereafter. Alternatively you can start with an injection every 2-3 months.

How do I know I am deficient in Vitamin B12?
You can arrange to have a blood test with your GP or other healthcare providers. We do not offer this service in clinic.

Brow Mapping is a technique that is used to help find the ideal brow shape on your face. Multiple measurements of your brows and eyes are taken, to establish your correct brow shape. It helps achieve brow symmetry.

The type of wax used during our process is a soft wax, which is applied to the skin very thinly and a muslin strip is applied on top of the wax to remove the hair.

Tweezing removes the stray hairs strand by strand to give a clean, precise look. Allows for a more detailed and accurate brow shaping.

If you have booked / wanting to book / a new client or have had a change to your medical history you will need to come for a patch test no later than 48hours before your lash or brow treatment.

I’m unable to treat you without providing you with a patch test. Failure to have one will result in your appointment being cancelled and being paid in full

Patch Test

Brows and Lashes

Your nails are cut, filed, and shaped, cuticles are pushed back and cut and the gel nail polish is painted on the nail and cured under a LED light. Each coat of gel polish will need to be cured for about 30 to 60 seconds at a time and your nails will be completely dry after the top coat is cured.  Hand cream and cuticle oil is then applied at the end of the treatment.

Express gel pedicure (application only)

For those client accidental chips or nail breakages. 

If there are more than one breakage we will have to discuss a price as it will depend on the time for the repair

Nail Repair (per nail or price on application)

All of the gel is removed using a file and acetone. Nails are filed and buffed. Cuticles are pushed back using an E-File machine and trimmed. Hand cream and cuticle oil is then applied at the end of the treatment.

Focusing on the neck, shoulders and back. 

This massage provides complete relaxation by reducing muscle stress, tension and pain, improves blood circulation, increases joint mobility, promotes lymphatic drainage and improves muscle elasticity. It also helps to reduce the symptoms of depression, control inflammation and help with headaches. 

It can help to manage the pain of many conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic lower back pain, insomnia and more. 

Each essential oil used in aromatherapy is said to have different properties.

The pressure during the treatment may vary from light to strong, depending on your reason for seeing me. E.g. if you are having difficulties relaxing or sleeping, light pressure is best or if you have muscle tension and some aches, deeper pressure would be required.

What is Hopi ear candle?
Hopi ear candles are used in ‘ear coning’ or ‘thermal auricular therapy’ which helps promotes general good heath and well-being whilst also facilitating in the removal of ear wax.

Benefits:
The experience is relaxing and therapeutic. Hopi ear candles can alleviate and cure symptoms such as:
• Congested sinuses
• Irritation in the ears
• Tinnitus
• Rhinitis
• Migraines

How is it performed:
The hopi ear candle itself is hollow and made of cotton or muslin cloth which has been soaked in either beeswax or paraffin. The opposite end of the hopi ear candle is then lit creating a vacuum in the ear by warming the air inside which then rises and escapes (like a ‘chimney’)  drawing out the ear wax in the process.

Limitations:
Hopi ear candling must not be performed in people who have a perforated eardrum or grommet, mastoid cavity, cleft palate or have had an outer or middle-ear infection in the last 6 weeks

Basic Lobe Piercing sits towards or on the lowest part of the earlobe. The piercing has a relatively quick healing time of 6 - 8 weeks. The healing time will depend upon a number of factors, including your aftercare practices.

Piercing guns should never be used to pierce any area of the body except an earlobe. Do not use them on the harder cartilage of the ear. Ear cartilage can be shattered by guns.
