This massage is technique involves applying firm pressure to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia. It is used to treat chronic tension and concentrates on problematic areas that cause pain and discomfort within the body. Deep Tissue Massage

Sports massage is a deep form of soft tissue mobilisation. A sports massage can be applied in a sporting and non-sporting context. Sports massage involves a wide range of techniques that include effleurage, kneading, wringing, hacking and trigger pointing. A sports massage is used for general relaxation of the muscular skeletal system as well as being directed towards any problem areas. Sports massage helps relieve muscular tension, break down adhesion's, mobilise soft tissues and reduce pain.

Sports Massage 

This treatment incorporates your chosen massage with the inclusion of cupping and/or acupuncture and / or Dry needling rolled into one. This is a multi modal massage which will treat all areas of the body according to your requirements and needs. This can be booked as Sports Massage, Deep Tissue or Swedish. Just add in the notes as much information as possible. 

This treatment is available for 60 and 90 minutes.

Optimum Massage 

The classic massage using firm or lighter pressure to Improve circulation. If you have never had a massage before this is best as your first choice. The therapist will use many techniques to soothe the muscle tension and help you feel relaxed, amongst other health benefits it will leave you feel energised.

Swedish Massage

This massage can currently only be booked with Nicky. If you have a high risk pregnancy or have any concerns please contact before booking this appointment. 
A 30 minute appointment is not suitable for a pregnancy massage. 

Pregnancy massage

​Gentle stroking and kneading techniques over the scalp, face, neck, throat, shoulders and upper arms. Using smooth and slow activity to release muscular tension.  Slow rhythmic circular movements charge the body with healing energy.  In addition, the treatment of selected acupressure points balance the energy

Acupressure Head and Face Massage

A non-invasive massage of the abdominal muscles and colon. Helping to relieve constipation, bloat, slow or sluggish bowel. It also helps promote a healthy system by helping to remove toxins and bacteria to improve colon condition

Colon massage

Acrylic cups applied to the surface of the skin to treat tension, inflammation and ad relaxation. This improves circulation and increases blood flow. It can produce the same effects as a deep tissue with out the pressure
