A sports massage is a systematic way to target soft tissue which are used specifically in sports. It used various techniques to decrease muscle pain, reduce tension, improve recovery and improve overall range of motion and flexibility. It is normal to feel tenderness or stiffness for one or two days after your treatment. 

During a full body sports massage, muscles from the calf, up to the neck and down the arms will
be manipulated in order to alleviate the stress and tension that has built up in the body's soft tissues during physical activity.

Cupping with massage

Cupping therapy is an alternative medicine which consists of cups being placed ok the skin for 3-15 minutes in order to create a suction. There are many benefits of Cupping Therapy, however the main reason for cupping in sport is to increase hydration and  blood flow to body tissues ease up adhesions and eliminate excess fluids. 

Cupping therapy 

The process of using tape or adhesive bandages to stabilise an injured joint or sprain. The aim is to limit and restrict movement at a joint or the stretching of a soft tissue to maintain the correct alignment.
