A non - evasive way to treat the whole body, reflexology targets pressure points on the foot and combined with relaxing massage can reduce stress, pain and aid in strengthening the immune system.
Dawn is a level 5 reflexologies and has also been trained in aroma flex and hot stones.  Any combination may be used in your treatment.

Reiki (pronounced ‘Ray-Key’) translated means ‘universal life energy.  It is a Japanese energy balancing method. Reiki is used for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. By restoring calm and balance to the mind the body has greater access to its own marvellous healing abilities.

 Using the beautiful energy of Reiki or the powerful sounds of various instruments such as the Tibetan bowl, tuning forks, gong and drum etc, along with the immense power of Intention and other healing modalities that I may be intuitively drawn to use, I intend to assist the awakening of the body's own healing abilities and its natural state of being which is perfect health, which I believe is not only possible, but probable if certain mindsets can be achieved.
