Masaje localizado / specific area massage

Based on a special quality of touch, characterized by a total presence to the present moment. Movements and passes are long, slow, circular and enveloping with depth and delicacy. It is only from that place of stillness and calm that is possible to let go of rigiditie, release physical and emotional tension. Californian holistic massage

It is a series and sequence of manipulations, pressures and mobilization of tissues for therapeutic and beneficial purposes. I also include stretchings and specific techniques to dissolve the contracture. I use rubbing, friction, kneading, vibration, percussion, pinching, mobilizations, rotations and stretching. 

Masaje terapeutico Sueco / Sweddish therapeutic massage

This technique uses deep pressure. Combining slow strokes and notable finger pressure, the purpose is to release the tension and tightness held deeply in your muscles and your connective tissues focusing on your primary areas of discomfort.

Massage techniques and subconscious reeducation through movement. It helps to liberate deep-set physical and mental patterns, facilitating profound relaxation and augmenting physical mobility and mental clarity. No oils or lotions are used and the patient may use either swimwear or underwear.
