Hi, I’m Krista, your RMT. I’m here to help you reach your massage goals in a supportive, professional space. First-time visits include 10–15 minutes for paperwork, with the rest hands-on. For a 60-minute session, expect about 45 minutes of treatment. Same-day bookings aren’t shown online—message me to check. Parking is at the end of the driveway on the left. Direct billing is available.
