A visit to Knead Wellness feels attentive and tailored, with therapists listening to clients’ needs and adjusting pressure to keep treatments comfortable. Sports and deep tissue massages are particularly appreciated for easing knots and tension, while the calm, welcoming setting adds to the sense of relaxation, leaving clients feeling looser and better after their session.

Absolutely amazing deep tissue massage! After a quick chat with Christina about where my aches and pains were and what pressure I preferred during massage Christina started my hour long massage. I left an hour later feeling so relaxed, shoulders, back and neck felt amazing. I have already booked my next appointment!
