Please give plenty of time for appointments and arrive on time. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be cancelled and charged for missed appointment. Booking downgrades on appointments will be charged the time that was blocked for you. IMPORTANT: Out of hours appointments are higher price than regular hours.
