CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive manipulative technique. Examination is done by testing for movement in various parts of the system. In some cases simply doing these tests can reduce restrictions, and the system is able to self-correct.

With CST, factors that compromise posture and function throughout the body are addressed with equal emphasis to those that appear in the neighborhood of the cranium. There is, however, a focus around the effect on the head and vertebral column, with their membranous and neurological contents, and their immediate connective tissues - collectively recognized as the craniosacral system. Because it acts on the deepest structures and organs of the nervous system, Craniosacral Therapy influences motor, pain and coordination mechanisms, the digestive system, the respiratory system, heart function and the endocrine system.

A person must have had a normal Cranial Sacral Therapy session in the last 7 days. Good for TMJ, Bruxism (grinding), and Jaw Clinching.

A session is similar to a normal CST session but has a focus on the upper palate and jaw. This session consists of inner oral work vinyl glovers or finger coverings will be used.

This session is for babies through school age, roughly 0-10 years of age. Cranial sacral therapy is a very deep therapy and a full session can be intense for young ones.
