Hayley was incredibly welcoming and covered all the bases you could ever imagine. I was seen even earlier and surprised how fast my treatment will be. And any concerns I had were swiftly put to rest. We had a patch test right there and then too and what really helped is her assurance on the potential outcome - I understand everyone is different and I should still expect things to be as they are for me but it’s incredibly reassuring to hear her say what she expects to happen
