1–2–1 Personal Training (with Programme + Check-Ins)
This option is ideal for clients who have completed a bundle and now want to book occasional one-to-one sessions as needed. Clients must already have a programme with me. You’ll receive personalised in-person coaching, guidance on your existing programme, and regular check-ins for accountability and progress support. You’ll also have access to my coaching app, where you can track your workouts, progress, and habits in one place.
Gym Membership Requirement
All sessions take place at 58° North. Clients must hold a valid 58° North gym membership or purchase a day pass prior to their session. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access is arranged before attending personal training.

1-2-1 personal training session with programme + check Ins  

Client Consultation
This consultation must be completed before your first training session, or the first half of your initial session will be used for the consultation. It is required before starting any long-term personal training or block bookings. The consultation is carried out in person at 58° North, and payment is required to secure your appointment.

You will be asked to complete a client questionnaire covering your current habits, sleep, lifestyle, and fitness level. During the consultation, we will briefly assess key movement patterns to understand how you move and identify any areas that need attention. Body measurements can also be taken if this is something you would like included.

We will discuss your goals in detail — including both gym-based training and nutrition — so I can ensure your sessions are structured appropriately. This is an essential step to make sure your training is safe, personalised, and effective from the very beginning.

A 30-minute coached session is a high-intensity, WOD-style (Workout of the Day) session that changes daily to keep your training varied and challenging. Each session includes a warm-up, a mix of strength, cardio, and bodyweight exercises tailored to your fitness level, and a short cool-down. You’ll receive guidance on technique, modifications as needed, and motivation throughout, making it a fast, effective workout ideal for improving fitness and building strength when you don't have a lot of time.
