The Jing Method™ of Advanced Clinical Massage is a unique outcome based system for addressing chronic musculoskeletal pain through a tried and tested fusion of advanced soft tissue and massage techniques.

Effective with most types of chronic musculoskeletal pain including; back pain, sciatica, neck pain, whiplash, migraines, frozen shoulder, sports injuries, knee pain, ligament and tendon issues. As well as systemic conditions like fibromyalgia, myofascial pain syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis and plantar fasciitis.

A 45 minute hands-on treatment (60 minute appointment)

It’s a wonderfully warming treatment that works on energy points located throughout the body to rebalance and harmonise. The muscles are relaxed and rejuvenated in a sensation totally unique to hot stone massage.

The gentle pressure from the stones, along with the accompanying massage, has the effect of wiping out tension and literally making you feel like you’re walking on air.


Hot Stone Massage 

A wonderful, full body treatment for ladies who are 13 weeks pregnant or more, until full term.
Pregnancy massages are performed with the mum-to-be lying on her side supported with comfortable cushioned bolsters. A massage would start with the back, neck, shoulder, arm, legs and feet on one side. The client will then gently turn to lie on their other side and the routine will be repeated. After this, mum can sit up and enjoy massage to her face, shared treat for both mum and baby with gentle abdominal massage, finished off with a gentle head massage. There is plenty of time to undress and dress at your own pace, get properly comfortable on the couch.

Pregnancy Massage

Similar to Swedish massage, deep tissue massage uses slower and firmer strokes and pressure than other treatments - deep finger pressure that concentrates on particular areas, and follows or goes across the fibres of muscles and tendons.
The treatment will leave you feeling de-stressed and with relief from pain caused by knotted and tense muscles. 

Deep Tissue Massage

The ultimate treat for the whole body. This 90 minute treatment includes a full body massage. The  hands and feet will be treated to a Skin Food Mask, to soften tired skin.  
During this treatment, the back, neck, shoulders, legs, feet, arms and hands will all be massaged, until you are completely relaxed. The session will be concluded with Indian Head Massage techniques, to release knots of muscular tension, relax connective tissue, and aid in the elimination of accumulated toxins and waste products. 

Head to Toe Massage Experience

Indian head massage is a relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure massage on the head, face, neck and shoulders. It aims to rebalance your body's energy. It was originally used to improve scalp and hair condition. It is a deep massage, using a variety of pressure and techniques, including circular massage strokes on your scalp, deep tissue work on your shoulders, and stretching the neck.
