Deep tissue body massage 

Deep tissue massage

An hour and 20 minutes of sports massage, tailored stretches and activation techniques.
better suited to people who have more than one area of concern. 
A postural assessment is included within the sports massage treatment . 


Sports Massage 2 or more areas 

A deep massage focusing on the hamstrings, calves, quads, glutes and piriformis. Plantar fasciitis can be relieved. Massage and stretches will also assist to increase the range of motion and decrease muscle cramps and fatigue.

Book in for a guided mentor session. This session is designed for my sports massage students. If you would like some guidance or mentorship to build your confidence when treating clients this is for you.

You can bring in a client and have one to one guided advice from a level 5 qualified sports massage lecturer in a clinic setting.
