OMG love love love !!! This place is the place to be on a cold day in manly or any day really. The infrared saunas are actually good for you which makes it  the perfect guilt-free way to slip into escapism and imagine yourself away in a beach club somewhere warm listening to your own playlist through their Bluetooth. Highly recommend but let’s keep it a local secret. 

Great spa and ice bath experience as usual, and Truth shared some very useful information about using the ice bath with me. It will make the ice bath so much more effective for me.
