Dear Hena, Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for your experience. We completely understand your frustration, as your appointment with Sema should have been honored at the scheduled time. We appreciate your understanding in allowing Zainab to assist you due to your limited time. Your feedback has been shared with our team, and we will work to ensure our appointment scheduling is managed more carefully in the future. We hope to welcome you back for a much better experience.
