Both treatments were lovely. The only additional comment I can make is that I’m so used to ending the facial with a neck and shoulder massage and that didn’t seem to be included today.

All was good with one small exception. I was asked to leave the nail(mani) station as it was needed for another client and I should have I guess sat on the couch or gone outside, but my nails weren't completely dry thus I got some smudges and had to try to repair it when I got home. this is the first time this has happened but over all the facial by yas was good and Nicki did her usual attention but I felt I was being a bit rushed towards the end. I understand Sat is a busy day, but otherwise all good. Regards Debbie B

Your service was completed, and you were given about 10 minutes to sit comfortably afterward. We only kindly asked you to move when the next client arrived so we could prepare the station. Just as you value having your appointment start on time, we try our best to offer the same experience to every client by keeping our schedule running smoothly.
