Pre-Treatment Care (Before the Wrap)To prepare your body for the best possible results, follow these steps:Hydration: Drink 1.5 to 2 litres of water per day for 2–3 days before your treatment to aid in detox.Avoid Irritants: Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and carbonated drinks for at least 24 hours beforehand.Skin Prep: Shower and exfoliate your skin the day before or the day of the treatment to remove dead skin cells and help product absorption.No Lotions: Do not apply body lotion, moisturiser, or heavy shower creams on the day of your appointment.Diet: Avoid heavy meals just before your session.Hair Removal: Do not wax for 48 hours or shave for 24 hours prior to the treatment.Wear: Wear old underwear or a bikini, as the oil can stain
