The experience with Ritu includes a relaxing atmosphere where clients feel at ease during treatments. She is noted for her gentle approach and attention to detail, particularly during eyebrow waxing and tinting, ensuring the client's preferences are met throughout the process. Many appreciate her ability to create a pleasant space, making visits not just about the service, but also about the overall comfort and care provided.

I had such a wonderful experience at the spa! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was relaxing, welcoming, and peaceful. The service was excellent, and the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely pampered. It was truly a lovely experience, and I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to relax, unwind, and treat themselves. 💆♀️✨

I had a wonderful experience with Ritu during my dermaplaning service. She took the time to explain the process clearly and provided helpful guidance on proper aftercare, which I truly appreciated. Ritu consistently delivers excellent service and makes every appointment feel comfortable and professional. I always leave feeling well cared for and confident in the results. She was amazing! I relied on her expertise as it relates to how my brows should be groomed. She took her time, explained what she was doing. She was very patient and her playlist was fabulous! 10/10, will book with her again!
