Honestly I loved my experience with Poppy! Straight away from that first message she was very welcoming and informative, no question was too much or too many, I felt as though I could ask for anything and it not be too much trouble. Great communication all the way through which is something I really value. As soon as I got to my appointment on the day Poppy was so friendly and made sure we agreed on what we was going for, talked me through each step of the way and gave some great advice, managing expectations throughout. Highly recommend! ❤️

First time having my hair done by Poppy today and it was such a lovely experience. Poppy really listened to what I wanted and talked me through every step of my colour correction. She is so friendly and professional and I couldn’t be happier with the result ☺️

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my hair! Poppy was amazing from start to finish. I knew I wanted a change, but I couldn’t actually explain what I wanted — somehow she completely understood what I had in mind before I’d even managed to put it into words! She listened, gave me great advice and created exactly the colour and cut I was hoping for. My hair looks and feels so much healthier, fuller and brighter. I felt completely confident leaving it in her hands, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve finally found my new hairdresser! ❤️ Thank you so much, Poppy! xx

Couldn't ask for a better service.. and the outcome of what my vision looks like in my head is now becoming visible to see by the eye . Poppy is great at what she does... she cares! She is appreciated. She is THEE hairdresser to go to for color correction.

Poppy is amazing! She really listened to what I wanted and made me feel so comfortable throughout the appointment. Her attention to detail and talent are incredible — my hair has never looked better. From the cut to the styling, everything was perfect. She’s friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. I left feeling confident and so happy with the result.
