I had lymphatic drainage (legs) and unbelievably I walked out pain free (meniscus tear in knee) I thought it would help but the level of relief I had was still a surprise. Of course I still need surgery and the pain will continue to come back until then, but the fact that it was reduced tells me this is helping. after surgery I intend to do the localised cryo on my knee.
