Lynda won’t follow a script; instead, she mix movement, AquaStretch, and deep relaxation techniques to help you feel your best. You might spend time working on exercise, or a quieter session focused on stretching and letting go of stress. With over 30 years of clinical experience in the water, she combines decades of hands-on practice with a rigorous understanding of human movement.
