This was THE best facial and massage Ive ever had in London. Juliana was a star. She was kind and considerate of my skin needs and she pretty much has the hands of an angel. It's hard for me to disconnect but it was honestly such a relaxing experience. Thank you!

My experience was a bit disappointing because I was very cold for the whole 90 minutes treatment. Usually at all massage centres, the client is offered a proper cover / blanket, and this time you only have a flimsy bed sheet for me to cover myself. I demanded a cover and the therapist was confused/surprised, and brought a small cover that only covered half my body. This is not acceptable. The last time I booked, the therapist provided a heated blanket, I was only having a facial, and this time I was having a facial and a full body massage and very cold. Unpleasant.
