A targeted, results-driven 60-minute session designed to reduce pain, restore movement, and enhance performance. Treatment is fully tailored to your individual needs following a brief assessment and may include a combination of remedial therapy, deep tissue and sports massage, myofascial cupping where clinically appropriate.

60 minute Remedial Massage

This initial consultation is designed to gain a comprehensive understanding of your body, history, and goals. The session includes a detailed health and injury history, discussion of current symptoms, training load, lifestyle factors, and short- and long-term goals.

A targeted physical assessment is then performed to identify movement restrictions, muscular imbalances, and contributing factors to pain or dysfunction. Based on the findings, a personalised treatment plan is developed and discussed, outlining the most appropriate approach to support recovery, performance, and long-term outcomes.

Where appropriate, hands-on treatment may be provided during the session using remedial therapy techniques such as deep tissue or sports massage, myofascial cupping, and dry needling. Clear recommendations are given regarding ongoing care, load management, and future sessions.

Experience focused relief with a half-hour session designed to address your unique needs. This treatment delivers targeted attention to specific areas, typically concentrating on limb-specific concerns for effective, personalised care.

30 minute Remedial Massage

Session specifically for taping/strapping to support muscles, joints, or injury recovery. Following a brief assessment, the treatment is tailored to the individual’s needs, activity, and tolerance

Strapping appointment 

Designed for children and adolescents under 16, this session prioritises safety, comfort, and age-appropriate care. It includes a brief history and assessment of sporting activity, training load, growth, and any pain or injury concerns.

Treatment is gentle and targeted, using light remedial or sports massage, soft tissue therapy, and mobility-based techniques, all adapted to the child’s age and tolerance. Dry needling is not performed.

Parental consent is required, and a parent or guardian may be present. Guidance on activity modification, recovery, and ongoing care is provided to support safe participation in sport and physical activity.

Youth Treatment (Under 16)

Targeted relief from muscle tension with a focused 45-minute dry needling session. Fine, sterile needles are used to release tight muscles, reduce trigger points, and promote natural healing.
