A dermaplane involves the removal of the vellus hair and dead skin cells on the top layer of the skin with the use of a sterile blade. TCA (Trichloroacetic Acid) is best for targeting hyperpigmentation, keratinized, advanced aging, and problematic skin. TCA causes protein coagulation. This contains Vitamin E and Retinyl Palmitate (a less aggressive form of retinol).
