I have used regular reflexology sessions for over 20 years to help alleviate the symptoms of endometriosis. Having had multiple surgeries & tried conventional pain relief medication a friend asked if I would be a case study when she trained as a reflexologist. I found it helped me enormously. Endometriosis affects different people in different ways & finding the right treatment is a personal journey. I have been seeing Elly for 6 months. Elly has taken the time to understand my needs/condition. Reflexology continues to help control my symptoms and is also very relaxing. Thanks Elly

I always enjoy my appointments with Elly. I usually go for different types of treatments, such as manicures and pedicures. The highlight for me is the reflexology treatment – it's my time to completely relax and switch off from everything. I also use Elly's creams, blends & cuticle oil regularly and have definitely noticed that my nails stay stronger and my manicure lasts much longer when I use it. Thank you, Elly!

This was a wonderful pamper session with Elly. Beautiful oils, applied with care and consideration, felt totally relaxed right from the start. How great to have such a skilled therapist so close to home! Elly looks at the body holistically and I am going to return for some reflexology treatment with her. Highly recommended. I’ve been undergoing a course of laser hair removal with Elly with excellent results. I’ve not had a treatment like this before so Elly is happy to go at my pace, providing regular breaks if needed and adjusting the intensity to suit me. I suffer from a skin condition which is aggravated by shaving, with over 95% hair loss so far I haven’t had a flare up for months. I can highly recommend Elly, she provides such a calm and pleasant environment
