I am a Lyno Movement Practitioner working with all ages and fitness levels, assisting with alleviating chronic recurring injuries through gentle fascia release, body alignment and full body mobility. Through our thorough whole body testing (FROM and BUNKIE), nervous system support and gentle fascia release we target specific tight areas and release them in order for you to regain full range mobility. A minimum of 3 consults within 2 weeks is recommended. After hours times can be arranged.
