I’ve never had a massage (Swedish/ sports/ other) that’s released my muscles like Anna’s did. She worked on my glutes and back, and it felt like my whole nervous system relaxed. When I got home my body just wanted sleep, and I had the deepest sleep. Maybe a coincidence but my resting heart rate has dropped since the massage, and my HRV has gone up.
