From the moment we started the online consultation, it was such a pleasure speaking with her. She made me feel completely at ease and never once made me feel rushed. She really took the time to listen to my concerns, and I genuinely felt heard and understood. What I appreciated most was her honesty. She didn’t promise miracle results overnight or make unrealistic claims. Instead, she gave me reassurance that with patience, consistency, and kindness towards myself, my skin can improve over time.
