When the candle is burning, a light suction action is created, and the movement of the flame creates a vibration of air in the candle which generates a massage-like effect on the eardrum. This has an effect of regulating ear pressure. The warmth of the flow stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic systems and increases immune defence.

Beyond the Bump Reflexology

Ear seeding is a type of auricular therapy. 
A safe, effective, non-invasive & painfree complementary therapy. Tiny seeds placed on the ear work as a type of accupressure. They have been around for many years, providing support for symptoms for a variety of issues.

Like reflexology, it is thought that the ears are a micro map of the whole body. Tiny seeds placed on specific reflexes on the ear can help with symptoms or imbalances presenting in the body. For example people may have ear seeds applied to help manage pain, anxiety, stress, depression, addiction, migraine, weightloss, insomnia, hormonal imbalance, many more issues. 

Auricular therapy aims to release the body's natural endorphins, 'the feel good' chemicals in the body. By massaging the seeds 2-3 times per day, you can continue to bring balance to the body and support your health and wellbeing. Once placed on the specific accupressure points on the ear, the tiny seeds are held in place by a waterproof tape.

Facial reflexology 

This package includes a 40 minute deeply relaxing reflexology treatment followed by application of ear seeds.

Firstly we work on the feet through reflexology and pick up any areas of imbalance within the body and work to restore balance. Following this we apply ear seeds to these corresponding organs and systems in the body which we have identified as needing extra support. 

Ear seeds allow the body to continue balancing and restoring over the next 3 to 5 days 

This package is great for overall health and wellbeing and allows you to experience deep relaxation and feel restored and rejuvenated while the benefits continue over a number of days following your treatment
