I went in for my regularly scheduled appointment with an injury I had been struggling with for two months. Liana fixed me in less than two minutes with two movements! She is pure magic muscle medicine ❤️.

RAPID NFR is a technique used to target pain. It is done over clothes, please wear active wear or yoga pants during RAPID sessions. It is a results based technique and not a time based session. Session lengths can vary. If you have not been in before, please book at least an hour massage for your first session so we can have a consult and determine if RAPID is right for you. 

RAPID NFR only 

Prenatal massage is done during pregnancy. There is an option to use a pregnancy bolster so you can lay on your belly, or you can choose side-lying as well.

Modalities like massage, energy work, sound healing, herbal consultation, cupping, and more are used to help release stuck energy in the womb space. Goals of the session will be discussed in advance and the session will be tailor made for those specific goals.

This session is designed to help with TMJ dysfunction. Techniques like myofascial flow, intra-oral massage (massage in the mouth with gloves), red light therapy, facial cupping, and gua sha stones will all be used to help relieve jaw pain, headaches, neck pain, and tension in the face.

Techniques like emotional body mapping and myofascial flow will be used to help release any stored trauma in the body. 

Trauma Therapy

Signature treatment including aromatherapy, dry brushing, synergy hot stone massage, hand and foot scrub, and a hot oil scalp massage.

An intuitive blend of sound healing, crystal therapy, and energy work will be used to leave you feeling grounded and balanced. 

Eclipse Energy Balance

RAPID NFR is designed to treat pain and range of motion limitations. It is down over clothes and it is intense to receive. Some of the things it is great at treating are: frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, migraines, sciatica, neck pain, shoulder pain, and more.

Intuitive blend of sound healing, crystal therapy, and energy work to leave you feeling grounded and balanced.

Hot herbal infused oil is used leaving your scalp feeling calm and nourished. (Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting oil on and bring something to wear your hair up if possible. Do not book this session if you have somewhere to be after because your hair will be oily)

Moonlit Serenity Scalp Massage

15 or 30 minute add on to melt your headache. Cold stones, hot towels, and aromatherapy will leave you feeling your best!
