I offer various types of massage: ~Swedish: for relaxation & stress relief, ~Deep tissue: to treat specific pain or tightness, ~Indian head massage (includes facial massage): Helps improve headaches, tension around forehead and jaw, improve sinus problems, ~Sports massage: Range of movement tests to pin point problem area. Each treatment is tailored to what you need physically and emotionally. Aromatherapy is used in most massage treatments to aid relaxation and may also be added to the warm oil to improve skin condition.
