Matri Holistic is an integrated psychotherapy and counselling practice offering talk-based therapy, creative therapy, energetic healing and mindfulness coaching. Specialising in women, men and children over the age of 12, we have a special interest in working with clients in a holistic capacity to overcome the sensations of anxiety, depression, stress, burn-out and overwhelm to increase peace, calm and clarity.

Your journey begins with a 90-minute extended session designed to gently explore what’s present for you—emotionally, mentally, physically, and relationally. Together, we’ll create a supportive container to unpack your story, identify key themes, and clarify what you’re needing most right now. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach, it’s an attuned, collaborative space where your insight, pace, and preferences guide the process. We may explore sensory patterns, nervous system states, identity shifts, or current challenges depending on what feels most alive. From here, we’ll co-create a flexible support plan that may include shorter sessions, creative tools, somatic strategies, or deeper therapeutic work. This session sets the tone for safety, clarity, and growth - anchoring you back into yourself, one perceptive step at a time.

These regular check-ins are designed to help you feel held and supported within The Container. We’ll revisit your personalised plan, reflect on what’s been working (and what hasn’t), and gently check in with whatever’s present - emotionally, physically, or situationally. Whether you’re integrating new insights, navigating challenges, or simply needing a moment of grounding, this space keeps your process responsive and intentional. You can choose to continue, pause and/or meet in person, or pivot—always at your pace, with ongoing support available when you need it.
