Please note our cancellation/no-show policy: Arriving over 15 minutes late may incur a late fee or result in refusal of service. No-shows will be billed at full price, while cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged half the appointment fee. Additionally, all brow services necessitate a patch test at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
