Choose from light, medium or dark shades which develop in 6-8 hours, or Fast Tan which develops in 2-4hrs. 
Shower and shave at least 8 hours before tan. 
Was at least 24 hrs before spray tan
Do  not wear any perfumes/deodorants/makeup and only apply moisturisers to dry areas such as elbows/knees. 
Bring loose/dark clothing to the appointment 
Please wear hair up
