I am a trained Acupuncturist with a Diploma in traditional Chinese Medicine. I also have a lot of other skills which I use alongside this modality, eg Tuina Massage therapy, a wealth of nutrition knowledge which I have gained over 20 years. I am also a qualified kundalini Yoga Teacher with over 30 years experience. I love to assist people with their own wellness journey as far as I am able.
