I recently had the pleasure of receiving multiple messages from Mel at the Wellness Centre, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed. Mel has a wonderful ability to create a calm and inviting atmosphere, making it easy to relax right away. Her skills as a massage therapist are exceptional. Mel truly listens to my needs and effectively addresses specific concerns. She was able to fix my neck and shoulder tension, which I've struggled with for some time. Thank you Mel!
