What a delight.. Detox & healing infrared sauna . Followed by a warm garden shower before a lone float. In the magnificent magnesium heated, accessible via steps, with dual handrails out in this glorious sunshine! Ladies of a certain age.. Experiencing Tropical Moments ~ this is a must.

The holistic approach & wellbeing reverberates from the very fabric of the bespoke treatment centre. The personal.. 1:2:1 booking ensures only one or two couples are at the facility at any given time. A true haven of quietness and stillness. Right here in Iford!! Outstanding value and results.

Wonderful! Ellie is so welcoming and knowledgeable in her field and put me at ease straight away. She explained things clearly and it was not rushed in anyway. The whole experience was relaxing and rejuvenating. The mini retreat space is an oasis of calm that I could happily spend all day in. I would highly recommend for wellness and healing.
