Zenthai Shiatsu

This Abdominal Massage is a distinctive form of bodywork which works with the energy of the internal organs. It focuses on deep abdominal manipulation to release blockages and restrictions, detoxifies, relieves stagnation and improves elimination. This very cathartic and nurturing treatment goes beyond traditional massage techniques.

This bodywork brings freedom to the internal organs of the belly, thus supporting their optimal function and general wellbeing and help to improve functionality whilst also supporting structural integrity.

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is believed that our core emotions are linked to specific organs and elements. When our organs are healthy and in balance we sleep better, have more energy, feel creative and generous and promotes hormonal balance. 

By freeing trapped energy in organs such as the lungs, liver, stomach, intestines, kidneys, and spleen, often affected by stress and suppressed emotions, it promotes healing from within.
