This membership covers **mindset coaching**, **mental wellness support**, and **capacity building**, helping you identify the **resources, relationships, and habits** you need to grow. You'll also learn how to **build progressive networks** and make meaningful connections that align with your purpose.

Menarche Doula to speak to your group of young girls and create a safe, empowering space to learn about puberty, fertility, hormones, and the sacred transition into womanhood. In this interactive session, we’ll explore topics like feminine energy, cycle tracking, and body literacy in a way that’s age-appropriate, culturally sensitive, and affirming.

Whether you're hosting a school event, community program, mother-daughter gathering, or girl empowerment circle, this workshop helps young girls build confidence, curiosity, and self-awareness around their changing bodies and emotions.
