Thankyou for your recent review… apologies I must not have outlined properly on the booking system re lengths and that prices alter if not needing wash or dry … this is stated on the booking system so I shall look into further rewording on this. As you will see by your emailed service receipts infact both prices were altered as both were booked as long however one I class as medium and the other as extra long therefore you were only charged as I accordingly would … so my apologies for not outlining this to you … it is all on the booking site and visible so I will work on outlining in this further to clients. You were charged according to your length hair and would be $120  if Shampoo and dry … your friend was charged less than her booking cost as hair was shorter than booking and washed dried prior…. I hope this clarifies for you… and as mentioned I will pops another process in place for the future as this has never happened before I need to give it some thought 🥰 

The salon being open on a Sunday was fantastic as I needed my hair curled for a wedding however, be sure to clarify pricing when visiting.

I booked for the long hair curl and wash $110. At the appt Michelle asked if I needed my hair washed to which I said no it’s fine. Michelle then did a lovely job at curling my hair she however, charged the full $110. 

If I knew the price was the same whether or not my hair was washed, I would have had it washed. It’s a little unprofessional that it wasn’t highlighted at the time.

Michelle was lovely! Professional and easygoing, intuitive while also listening to my preferences. 

Michelle is amazing! So warm and welcoming! Great blow out and a wonderful colourist! Highly recommended!
