This hour long moment involves a blend of bioavailable actives, enzymes and masques to be sipped up by the skin. 

Finishing slowly up the arms, shoulders, neck and through the hair guarantees a melty moment. Leave feeling deeply cleansed, nourished and nonchalant. 

This is a customised facial so is suitable for all skin types and concerns except for severe eczema and topical steroid withdrawal where the skin is raw. 

Intuitive

For when you’re a little strapped for time, the Mini Intuitive is a short and sweet moment to squeeze into your day. 

This facial features a double cleanse and enzyme mask which mimics the skin’s natural desquamation process, followed by a custom blended serum and cream aimed to rebalance deficiencies presenting in your skin.

This is a customised facial so is suitable for all skin types and concerns except for severe eczema and topical steroid withdrawal where the skin is very raw. 

Mini Intuitive

Lympha means clear waters and once upon a time was also the word used for a water goddess. This detoxifying facial harnesses manual lymphatic drainage, gua sha and cupping techniques to clear the waters within the skin. By moving lymph fluid we’re supporting the immune system, reducing fluid retention and flushing out toxins and cellular waste.

A remedial & grounding session using facial massage techniques that wake up the lymphatic system (detoxify), get the blood flowing (rejuvenate), and ease tension & emotion stored in the fascia and muscles (release).

An optional but highly recommended buccal / intra-oral massage is included, performed with gloves on. This technique is deep, working from the inside out to restore some posture to the face. 

Buccal massage is not suitable for those with:
- botox or fillers in the last 4 weeks
- skin infections, eczema, psoriasis
- unmanaged high blood pressure
- cystic acne
- thyroid issues
- local disease or irritation
- sunburn

Treatment can be altered for pregnant clients.

In your consultation we will get some history on your skin and an idea of the state of your skin barrier. We will identify if any hormonal, gut and/or nervous system imbalances are at play and finally design a prescription to achieve radiant, healthy skin.

In our time together you'll be guided through an in-depth skin consultation featuring some skin science to give you a better understanding of the inner workings of your skin. Perfect for those who are looking to holistically care for their skin for its long term health.
