On your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to allow for a proper consultation and for you to be well informed. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SOMETHING HIGH IN FAT AND PROTIEN 2 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION. SO THAT YOUR BLOOD SUGARS ARE STABLE THROUGOUT THE TREATMENT. Typically, clients experience dramatic elimination results after even a single session however the more regularly you have a colonic, the better the ongoing results are likely to be.  Our clients often say that the real magic happens in the 2nd and 3rd session and that is usually because the first sessions has softened the waste in the colon allowing for a lot more to be released.

Detox your body while you relax in cosy comfort in our far infrared (FIR) sauna. The sauna heats the body so that you sweat and your toxins are released through the body through this moisture. FIR-induced sweat produces up to 7 times more toxins, fats and impurities than regular sweat and the FIR heat is very restorative to the body. During a session we manage and monitor the treatment with temperatures between -130 to -150 degrees Celsius with a maximum treatment time of 3 minutes.Once in the chamber your circulatory system is performing multiple survival mechanisms and focuses on your internal organs by reducing the blood flow to your extremities. Once the session has started you do feel quite cold but it’s very tolerable. After the treatment, your body commences working hard to circulate the re-oxygenated and replenished blood around your body to return its temperature back to normal. This releases endorphins which make you feel happy and give you a general feeling of well-being, it also assists in reducing pain and inflammation.

Cryotherapy

Our systems has a control unit and either the arms, hips or leg attachments. It then uses compressed air to massage your limbs, mobilize fluid, and speeds your recovery with the patented NormaTec Pulse Massage Pattern.

The treatment will start with a pre-inflate cycle, during which the connected attachments are moulded to your exact body shape. The session will then begin by compressing your feet, hands, or upper quad (depending on which attachment you are using).
 
Similar to the kneading and Effleurage stroke done during a massage, each segment of the attachment will first compress in a pulsing manner and then release a little before moving up to the next segment.
 
This will repeat for each segment of the attachment as the compression pattern works its way up your limb in the direction of your lymphatic portal, so that the kidneys can excrete the toxins.
