All of my massage treatments are individually tailored to your needs, using deep relaxation techniques to release stress, relieve pain and promote peaceful reverie. Your unique needs will be discussed in a short consultation upon arrival.

1 hour massage
A 1 hour treatment will normally focus on a few areas of the body, agreed upon in a short consultation before we begin (for example - head, neck, back and shoulders). Although a light full body treatment can be offered in 1 hour sessions, a longer session is recommended for this.

1hr 30 min massage
A 1.5 hour treatment allows time for a full body massage, or for deeper attention to areas of the body as agreed with you upon arrival (for example - head, neck, back, shoulders, and legs/ arms).

1 hr 45min massage
This longer treatments allow for a true full body massage, where attention is paid to every part of the body, while still allowing time for deeper treatment in specific areas where there is pain or tension.
