Begin your day with a playful 90-minute AcroYoga instruction class followed by a delicious Buffet Breakfast at the Silver Naga Hotel. Following breakfast, is a fun 90-minute Photoshoot by the Infinity Pool where you’ll get to practise all the AcroYoga poses you learnt earlier before the stunning mountain-views. We end the workshop with a refreshing midday drink where you can enjoy the remainder of the day soaking up the sun by the beautiful Infinity Pool!

Acroyoga Half-Day Workshop

Learn the basics of AcroYoga in our 90-minute Beginner’s AcroYoga instruction class which will guide you through a variety of standing, sitting and flying postures while promising lots of fun and laughs!

AcroYoga is a partner-based yoga practice designed to build trust, strength and human connection. 

No previous experience is required, all genders and body types are welcome!
