This 60-minute treatment involves a facial massage that uses a combination of different rhythmic, sculpting movements to lift, tone and revitalise the skin. Reduced puffiness, smoothing of fine lines, improved elasticity and overall refreshed-looking, glowy skin.

By increasing blood flow and stimulating collagen production, the skin absorbs skincare products more effectively, leading to deeper hydration and nourishment. The precise, firm movements in the technique soften muscle tension, and actually re-educate facial alignment, restoring facial posture. 

Extending to the neck, shoulders and chest, it relieves stored stiffness and leaves you feeling calm. Ideal for those looking for a sculpted look, without the need for invasive procedures. 

 Thula’s Eastern European Lifting Techniques Treatment

This bespoke treatment focuses on releasing tension in the jaw, cheeks, mouth, using a combination of intraoral (buccal) massage, sculpting massage and Gua Sha. It works on softening fascial restrictions, melting muscle tension and releasing stored emotion. Suggested for those who struggle with tension headaches, neck and shoulder pain, clenching or grinding of the teeth, clicking of the jaw  and TMJ disorders. This treatment also improves lymphatic drainage (decongestion), circulation and facial symmetry. The neck, scalp, shoulders and chest area are included as there is often a connection between these areas and TMJ discomfort. 

Thula’s Therapeutic TMJ Treatment

This soothing 80-minute treatment combines Thai herbal poultice, Gua Sha  and Kansa wand with rejuvenating facial massage. We begin with a massage of the neck and shoulders to open up the neck and chest lymph nodes and soothe away any stressors. A warm poultice of organic herbs, wrapped in muslin is then gently “pressed” into the skin of the face and neck to reduce tension and encourage fresh blood and nutrients to the surface of the skin. Next, the Gua Sha stone is used to encourage blood flow and lymph drainage whilst also sculpting and contouring. It stimulates collagen and elastin production, noticeably softens expression lines, and realigns facial posture. A Kansa wand massage follows, relaxing the muscles of the face and the neck, while assisting continued lymph drainage, bringing fresh oxygen and nutrients to the skin. 

This treatment  includes a gentle cleansing and face mask with high quality, plant-based skincare, like Dermaviduals and Saent, and a scalp massage.
